At Quarry, integrated communications is a team sport. And we love to include our clients as key members of that team. How do we do that? We custom build our flexible loop structure around each client and their unique needs and objectives. Ad agency hierarchies often become war zones: competing departments or profit centers battling amongst themselves over client marketing budgets. Quarry is not an ad agency. We dropped that approach and label in 1998. The Quarry structure is pretty flat and every teammate is totally focused on client success. Quite simply, client success is our organizational mission. Quarry clients enjoy working with committed professionals in strategic planning, customer insight, graphic arts, writing, public relations, project management, interaction design and sales tools. Some of us have decades of experience, and some are fresh out of school. We grew up around the block or around the globe. What do we have in common?
