Our policy on most items is that you provide a shipper number and the sample is provided at no charge. On costlier items, you will be memo-billed for the sample. If it is returned by a specified date in the same condition you received it, the invoice will be credited. For other samples that are non-returnable, when you place an order for the item, the sample invoice will be credited towards the purchase. Prepayment is required on all orders. Cancellation policies vary, depending on the product being ordered. Orders will not be processed until you sign off, approving of all details.
