Sam Underwood, the owner and creator of Realty Ease, worked as a licensed Realtor for ten years and as a new agent sales trainer for Coldwell Banker. While working as a realtor it became apparent that there were few materials available with which to market realtors. The marketing material provided by real estate companies for their agents was comprised of cookbooks and recipe cards that did not reflect the professional image one would desire. As a sales trainer, Sam knew she was teaching other realtors to market themselves without having the appropriate products in place for them. Thus the seed for Realty Ease was sown. The company began business in January of 1991. From the beginning the idea was to offer a turnkey approach to marketing. We believe it is important to offer our clients the support of creating and maintaining a mailing list.
