Frank J. Brill, Jr. is president of Brill Public Affairs , a lobbying, pubic relations and environmental issues management firm located near the State Capitol Complex in Trenton, New Jersey. He has represented clients in a wide variety of fields, including petroleum refining, industrial metal and battery recycling, solid waste management, site remediation, health care, plumbing and air conditioning contracting, auto leasing, and nutritional food retailing. A graduate of Temple University and an Army Vietnam veteran, Mr. Brill began his career in New Jersey as assistant city editor of the Elizabeth Daily Journal and later served as suburban editor and city editor at The (Trenton) Times .
