ME&V is owned by four partners, Mark Mathis, James Infelt, Bryan Earnest and Dee Vandeventer. The partnership is a limited liability company: Rock, Paper, Scissors, LLC. The partners have active roles in the company as creative directors, business development and president/CFO.In the summer of 1996, the four partners left successful careers in broadcasting to form a new and different advertising consultancy. The difference was a client-driven company. They envisioned a true partnership with their clients to create a trusting relationship. They saw ME&V as an extension of their clients business. They believe in an honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay.
