Annette had gained years of sales and marketing experience in her time at the bank and had headed up the Projects Operations team when her Group of Departments went online with the Companys first Internet Savings Bank. As a vital part of the Internet Project Management team, Annette was able to directly influence the online customer proposition and was responsible for developing the online processes and fulfillment. Having designed websites herself since 1994, Annette was able to contribute at both technical and operational levels.
