The first discipline is that of Process Consultancy - the understanding of Process over Content - with International Consultancy Synectics which grew out of the Invention and Design area of Arthur D. Little. The ‘Process’ perspective is an essential element in Engaging large groups of people to innovate and change. Process is about ‘how’ a problem/opportunity is tackled as much as the ‘what’. The second discipline was in Brands and Mass communication acquired as Creative Director of a number of leading agencies such as Irish International and Saatchi.
