SellAgence was established in May 2001. We currently have in excess of 95 full-time and part-time employees to service the New Zealand market on behalf of Global Brand owners. We partner with client companies to design and apply the service elements required to maximise their category and brand growth in the New Zealand operating environment. We provide a fully customisable market service drawing from a menu of market services including talent (human resources), supply chain, finance, IT, product management, public relations, event and sponsorship management, trade marketing, key account management, category management, sales, distribution, merchandising and retail theatre, in-store demonstrations, customer and after sales service. We customise channel coverage based on client business needs. We currently have in place quality coverage of the New Zealand Grocery (Food), Department/Variety Store (Mass), Route and Convenience, Pharmacy (Drug), Electrical (Appliance), Commercial and Professional Dental channels. We have well developed business partnerships with New Zealand retail management and operations, logistics and distribution, advertising, design, printing, display and after sales service companies. Our ownership team include business professionals who have worked at senior levels with global brands in New Zealand, Australia, the United States. We align our key performance indicators with those of our client therefore ensuring company and brand objectives are met in the New Zealand market on behalf of global brand owners.
