Dr. Robert H. Tippetts started Prototyping Management Corporation (PMC), a Utah S-corporation, in 1994 after 24 years as a consultant and founder of Shipley Associates (acquired by Franklin-Covey). He started PMC because many organizations use only numerical or statistical models that are computer software based as their means of providing data for management decision making.
