Live Surveys is a unique market research company in that our solutions are completely custom. We program interactive surveys that are beyond the capabilities of the typical wizard-driven survey websites that alloy you to set up and conduct your own basic surveys. Though we have done many one-time surveys for companies, we enjoy repeatable surveys we develop for our customers (monthly, quarterly, annual, etc.) This provides an economy of scale for our customers, as all changes are made on on hourly basis, which, over time, off-sets the up-front cost. We have also developed Palm surveys over the years. As technology progresses, many of these are now obsolete, but we are currently doing work involving web services and Windows mobile devices. Over the years, we have also developed surveys that were synchronized both on the Internet and on an IVR (touch-tone telephone) system.
